And if you can only do one thing in each area, try these:

  1. Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water a day
  2. Sleep 7 hours a night
  3. Eat more vegetables especially leafy green ones
  4. Get your heart beating faster by doing something like walking, playing frisbee, tennis, swimming, running, cycling etc
  5. Learn something new every day
  6. Have a conversation with one of your friends or family
  7. Deep breathe for 5 to 10 minutes to help recharge and relax you
  8. Set out to make these activities a habit. When you do each of these above and you will have achieved a goal!
